Integrated Mutual Agricultural Credit Scheme (SICAM)
SICAM comprises the Central Mutual Agricultural Credit Bank and its associate banks. SICAM is represented and managed by the Central Mutual Agricultural Credit Bank, upon which powers were conferred in the area of the oversight, intervention and guidance of agricultural banks, in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Legal Framework of Mutual Agricultural Credit and Mutual Agricultural Credit Cooperatives (RJCAM).
SICAM is an integral part of Grupo Crédito Agrícola, which, in addition to mutual agricultural credit banks and the Central Mutual Agricultural Credit Bank, consists of a wide variety of specialised firms aimed at supporting and ensuring the smooth operation of agricultural banks.
